If a delivery is failed Smart Express won’t charge the full amount like other courier services. We only charge half of the delivery cost for the parcel. This will save your money from your returns.
* We take warranty from your customer without an additional charge
If you want to send a warranty, product correction, size correction to your valued customer, you can Smart Express. We will handover the new product to your customer and we will bring the faulty product FREE back to your hand.
* Redirect refused products to a new customer
If a customer refuses a product, or a failed delivery can be forwarded to a new customer in the same district with a small charge of Rs. 150 without returning the product to your company. This will also save your product from further damage while delivery.
*Self rescheduling
No worries to contact our head office or branches. No time and money wasting. Reschedule your deliveries to a future date only by login to Smart Express website.
*More time to complete your delivery
We know how customers are. So we will keep your parcels 14 days from the received date without returning for FREE.
Regular instant updates (your customer and you)
Smart Express will send an SMS to your customer every time we dispatch the parcel from the nearest branch. Likewise, we will update you by an SMS everytime we fail to deliver a product. Hence, no need to contact all customers wasting time and money. You can call only the customer who is reluctant to purchase the product and reschedule the delivery.
