SmartFolders – a Document Management Software – is a computer program used to store, manage and track electronic documents (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and electronic images (PDF, JPEGs etc.) of paper-based information captured through the use of a document scanner. All the documents/ files are stored in a special dedicated electronic ‘vault/ repository. SmartFolders is a System designed to facilitate the clients to go paperless.
