New SmartHauz, LLC, “SmartHauz” is a Capital Factory-based, Austin startup driving the innovation and adoption of smart home technology by partnering with homeowners and home builders to install smart home technology during construction, rolling a large portion of the expense into the mortgage. We design and service smart homes systems that are intuitive, scalable and platform agnostic. Our intuitive systems empower customers to monitor and optimize the health and efficiency of their homes. We also equip homeowners with the knowledge and confidence to trouble-shoot simple solutions, as well as, provide expert technical support to identify and resolve any issue simply and quickly. We have two years experience retrofitting homes with Smart Technology.
