Bangladesh SmartLight Company Ltd is bearing a vision of leading the lighting sector of the country. BSCL starts its business as a trading company by importing Lighting goods from abroad (mainly from China) and distributing across the country through its dealers’ network. It is approaching to its long-term plan of setting up LED Light manufacturing Factory in the country, and to become the leading manufacturer and exporter of LED light in near future.
At present BSCL product portfolio contains a variety in indoor lightings and commercial lightings including LED bulbs, LED Tube lights, LED linear Lightings, high-bay lights, flood lights, security lights, street lights and Decorative indoor LED lamps, Smart Home lightings and security devices like, Smart sockets, Smart bulbs and lamps, security sensors, IOT based devises and peripherals. In future, some other product line also be included in BSCL’s product portfolio such as optic based electronics, household electronics and other optoelectronics items.
The products are distributed across the country in the name and style “SmartLight” the own brand name of BSCL and “Magnafica Luce” an Italy origin indoor decorative lighting brand. It should be mentioned here that BSCL is the sole distributor of Magnifica Luce in Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan. BSCL plans to set up its own assembly unit by the year 2020 in Bangladesh in collaboration of Maginfica Luce Italy Int’l Ltd.
