We provide a solution-focused bespoke one-stop-shop MDT service that embraces the biopsychosocial model of healthcare and collaboratively delivers holistic rehabilitation based on the ICF framework to order to enhance the engagement and participation of our clients.

We provide a team of leading experts from a range of specialisms to work together as a multidisciplinary team (MDT), centered around the patient’s rehabilitation needs.
