We’re university graduates who had to find their way in this job market - from finding our first job, to getting hired by top companies, and even recruiting people ourselves - so we came to learn many things along the way. So many things, in fact, that our friends started coming to us for advice. First, it was our friends, then it was strangers, and even universities.
We now teach workshops on career building at universities in Europe, including the prestigious University Pierre and Marie Curie in Paris, and regularly mentor students from universities like the London School of Economics in London. This goes from high school to graduate students. It's never too early, and never too late to learn to build your career. Seeing how much we walked with our students over the years, we realized how much need there is for a community like this, at all levels of education and experience, to:
- Filter out the bad advice, the impractical advice, and the useless resources.
- Answer real career questions, relevant to today's Job Market,
- Create and summarise for you truly actionable content: from step-by-step how-to guides to word-for-word templates.
- Be the 2.0 counsellers you never had.
