Our Software:
Smartsteel software is a sophisticated software system with full scale testing of connectors and wall framing systems conducted in the National Association of Testing Authorities’ accredited laboratory. This means that our design is based on testing - not theory.
The result is a more efficient steel framing system that uses less steel and is engineered to meet Australian building codes for cyclonic areas.
Packaging and transportation:
Wall frames and roof trusses are individually packed and stacked in very compact bundles providing a practical solution for transport to remote locations.
Montage:
Installing Smartsteel frames and trusses is one of the easiest in the building sector. Instruction and construction manuals along with detailed architectural plans are provided for every project.
Resistance:
Our sophisticated system is engineered for cyclonic and non-cyclonic conditions. Extensive testing is carried out in a NATA accredited laboratory. Our structural system can take on winds of all speeds up to N1 - C4
