SMARTT VAlley

SMARTT VAlley is the industrial innovation hub based in Varese, established in 2024 from the vision and expertise of Fondazione Ergo. Its mission is to strengthen the competitiveness of the manufacturing sector through training, applied research, and technology transfer. The project is built on three core pillars: 🎓 Academy – Advanced training programs for Industry 5.0, with a strong focus on workplace well-being, the “S” in ESG criteria, and the development of skills through upskilling and reskilling. 🔬 Research – Development of innovative solutions and technologies to improve the sustainability and efficiency of production systems, through a multidisciplinary and collaborative approach. ⚙️ Tech Transfer – Support for companies in defining innovation strategies and programs, leveraging structured processes of technology transfer and open innovation. SMARTT VAlley is where the factory of the future takes shape, empowering people, knowledge, and innovation.
