株式会社Smart Tradeは、エンジニア向け株式投資アルゴリズム開発プラットフォーム「QuantX Factory」（https://factory.quantx.io/）、投資家向け株式投資アルゴリズム販売プラットフォーム「QuantX Store」（https://quantx.io/）の開発、運営を行っています。エンジニアは無料でアルゴリズムを開発することができ、また開発したアルゴリズムを投資家に対して販売することができます。投資家は購入したアルゴリズムに基づいて売買を行うことで収益を獲得することができます。現在は日本株のみに対応していますが、仮想通貨への対応も進めています。

「QuantX Factory」プラットフォームに集積された株式投資アルゴリズムとそれらの運用成績を人工知能により分析処理し、より精度が高く成績の優れた株式投資アルゴリズムの自動生成を行うシステム「QuantX AI」（クオンテックス・エーアイ）の開発を行っています。Smart Tradeでは「QuantX AI」により最新のマーケットトレンドにマッチした株式投資アルゴリズムを皆様に提供していく予定です。
