Smashtech was founded based on a simple premise – we wanted to revolutionise the roadside assistance value chain to the benefit of customers, drivers and dispatchers. The transportation and delivery market is quickly evolving, and we thought – why does roadside assistance have be any harder than ordering a lift or take out? This resulted in a multi-layered platform that covers all the steps of a roadside assistance process, from breakdown to invoice. The software is constructed as an all-in-one solution. It is designed to integrate with familiar providers like Google Maps and Klarna, while selecting relevant data though trusted suppliers such as national traffic and transport authorities. The functionality is based on three different user applications – customer, driver and dispatch. The three apps provide a seamless experience tailored to each user’s needs. Dispatch has full control and an overview of all the necessary information, with access to handle everything from GPS location to payment method. The driver receives an assignment and easily navigates the best route through the integrated Google Maps navigation. The customer gets to follow the driver’s live position, with text updates directly to their personal phone. In other words - three apps, one platform, endless possibilities.
