SMC Neuventures Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation. Its primary purpose is to engage in the management, operation, and maintenance of plants, factories, mills, warehouses, facilities, and equipment for the manufacture or processing, cooking, baking, blending, filling, assembling, packing, and/or repacking of a wide range of products. These include meats, dairy, spreads, oils, flour, cassava, starch, coffee, snacks, ready-to-eat food products, and other food-related goods. The corporation also performs related or incidental activities necessary or appropriate for the operations.
