SME Support Services

Edwin van der Graaf established SME Support Services to help smaller businesses. He found that smaller businesses have many of the same needs of larger companies, but not the deep pockets to be able to afford experts in each of these fields. He aims to bring his experiences and training from big corporates to smaller business owners. Edwin is an accomplished, versatile, and highly motivated business leader in the FMCG, Retail, Sales and Logistics sectors. He has diverse experience in small to large format stores, corporate and franchised. His roles have overseen IT, Marketing, Buying, Store Operations, Logistics and Finance Departments. A former multi-site Franchisee, he understands what it means to own your own business, its highs, and lows. He also understands the different challenges facing single and multi-site store leadership. Achievement and people oriented, he lifts team performance and associated customer engagement through an authentic leadership style that creates mutual trust, respect, credibility, and accountability. SME Support Services is an approved Provider for the SME Business Advisory Services Program run by the SA Government’s Department for Innovation and Skills (DIS).
