SMERALD is a European Union-supported project under the Erasmus Plus program. The project aims to facilitate the active participation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in the digital transformation in Europe. It is designed to increase the awareness of SME managers regarding digital potential and enhance the digital data competences of employees. Additionally, the project positions Vocational Education and Training (VET) educators as facilitators in developing digital data competences within SMEs. Ultimately, SMERALD strives to support SMEs in successfully adapting to digital transformation in Europe.
