"SME ReachOut" was funded by the Trade and Industry Department and operated by HKPC, to support SMEs through consultations and help them identifying appropriate funding schemes, answering application inquiries and providing form-review advisory services in order to encourage utilising the government funding schemes for business upgrading and transformation. We have strengthened our services on SMEs’ capacity building through Tech Buddy Meeting and diversified outreach activities for business sustainability.
There are over 40 funding schemes provided by the Government which include popular funding schemes: Dedicated Fund on Branding, Upgrading and Domestic Sales (BUD Fund), Export Marketing Fund (EMF), Enterprise Support Scheme (ESS) and New Industrialisation Funding Scheme (NIFS)

“SME ReachOut” organises diversified outreach activities to support SMEs and startups on funding news and market trends through online and offline seminars and meetup events. We collaborate with various associations, chambers, universities and young entrepreneur centers to give sharing and provide instant advisory services, and hold booths at industrial and commercial buildings and exhibitions as well.

「中小企資援組」由工業貿易署委託生產力局於2020年開始營運，「中小企資援組」（SME ReachOut）支援小隊透過與中小企直接會談，協助配對合適的資助計劃方案，解答申請 上的疑問，更提供免費一對一咨詢及睇Form服務，鼓勵中小企善用政府資助升級轉型。 此外，「中小企資援組」將加強力度透過技術支援咨詢及多元化外展活動，全方位協助中小企持續發展。
現時，政府提供超過40多個資助計劃，在企業不同發展階段提供支援，當中較熱門的資助計劃包括：發展品牌、升級轉型及拓展內銷市場的專項基金(BUD專項基金)、中小企業市場推廣基金(EMF)、企業支援計劃(ESS)及新型工業化計劃(NIFS)。

「中小企資援組」透過多元化的外展活動接觸中小企及初創，定期舉辦線上線下的專題研討及交流活動；夥拍不同商會、大學及初創中心等舉辦分享會及即時一對一諮詢服務，更會走訪不同的工商大廈設立攤位及參加展覽會，為大家帶來最新政府資助及市場動向資訊。
