Smet Works provides services to companies in the field of Facility Management, in particular provisioning of infrastructure (buildings, techniques, ...) and facility services (maintenance, physical security, cleaning, ...), management of related contracts (energy contracts, maintenance contracts ...) and monitoring of legal obligations (environment, safety, ...).
