The company was started with the passion of Bart and Jan Coninx, enthusiastic entrepreneurs with plenty of catering experience as chefs in various restaurants and later in their own business with restaurant and catering services.
The brothers soon discovered the convenience of fresh frozen pasta. This fresh pasta is after cooking immediately frozen ‘al dente’.
