In addition, we use Core Tools for the start-up of new implementations, PPAPs, and Control Plans. We are oriented towards risk prevention through HRN for risk analysis in machinery, AMEF for process analysis, and DFMA, where our designs are evaluated before being built. GD&T backs us up.
For problem-solving, we use the following methodologies: 5 Whys, Root Cause Analysis, Ishikawa, PDCA, 8D, and 3A Reports. In new integrations, we can offer SAT/FAT services and exercise machinery through IQ, OQ, and PQ.
