Smith & Associates, Inc, is a full service Commercial Real Estate Appraisal and Consulting firm with offices in Danville, San Mateo and Folsom California. Areas of service include Central California from the San Francisco Bay Area to the Sacramento Metro Region, south to Modesto and north to Chico. We employ 19 full time real estate appraisers plus additional support staff. Five of our appraisers hold the MAI designation and one the ASA designation. All of the appraisers have a current Real Estate Appraisal License with the State of California. Typical properties appraised included retail, office, industrial, apartments, vacant land, residential subdivisions, churches, residential care facilities, day care facilities and more. We also provide appraisals and consulting for Litigation Support, Eminent Domain and Trust purposes. Several members of our staff have are qualified as an Expert Witness in several counties.
