Smith Law Group, LLC is a full-service law firm serving Berks and surrounding counties in both state and federal court, having its principal office in Fleetwood, Pennsylvania. Its founding member, Jim Smith, began his legal career prosecuting crimes through the Berks County District Attorneys' Office nearly 15 years ago. Mr. Smith spent four years practicing civil litigation with a Reading-based law firm and in November 2005, began his own practice which has developed into the Smith Law Group, LLC. Because we are a small, local firm, the Smith Law Group, LLC is able to provide dedicated legal services to meet your needs.
