Smithereens Mushroom Farm is a fungi-powered company rooted in the mountains of Northern British Columbia. We specialize in the cultivation, processing, and formulation of medicinal mushroom products designed to support cognitive health, immunity, and vitality. From dual-extract tinctures to functional mushroom foods, our wellness line is crafted with purpose, science, and sustainability at its core. Our journey began with a personal mission: to harness the healing potential of mushrooms in the face of neurodegenerative disease. That mission evolved into a growing operation dedicated to high-quality, traceable, and thoughtfully crafted mushroom-based wellness. But mushrooms don’t just support people—they restore ecosystems. Through our R&D division, Sporalis, we are exploring the use of fungi in mycoremediation: applying mycelium to clean contaminated soil, filter runoff, and regenerate post-wildfire and post-industrial landscapes. Current projects include forest fire recovery with Skeena Watershed Conservation Coalition and drone-assisted fungal deployment with Treetrack. At Smithereens, we believe fungi are the future of regeneration—both ecological and human. Our work is grounded in science, collaboration, and a deep commitment to community and environmental impact.
