ABOUT ADVANCED SCREENING IRELAND Who We Are Advanced screening Ireland was started as a sister company to Smiton Maintenance Limited with the aim of offering an all-inclusive service to the quarry and recycling industry throughout Ireland. Smiton Maintenance Ltd have been providing onsite maintenance services to the construction, quarry, and recycling industry in Northern Ireland since 2015. We have noticed that there are limited options to the sustainability of wear products. Most industries are still of the belief that steel wear products is heavier therefore must be stronger. This is no longer the case with new RUBBER / POLYURETHANE Compounds being developed. Advanced Screening Ireland are dedicated to helping move the industry forward with the production of products based on wear prevention, coupled with user-friendly products that can be fitted to exciting systems and when in position add greater resistance against wear with the added benefit of being a bolt-on bolt-off package. Advanced Screening Ireland are aiming to become Irelands leading manufacture of quality rubber and polyurethane screening media along with specialised PU and rubber wear liners. We take pride in saying that as well as becoming Irelands leading supplier we are making head way in becoming the only manufacturer of rubber screening media in Ireland. Advanced Screening Irelands ethos is sustainability. That’s why we are offering a recycling service for all old spent rubber / PU screens. It’s not only our goal to make longer lasting and better products, but to help reduce how our products affect the environment around us after they have served their purpose. ASI are working on ways to recycle spent screens back into usable products, such as rubber based mulch for use in the equine industry and towards rubber based derived fuels. Get in Touch
