RRT Educators at School LLC, provide Elementary Smoking Prevention programs. Designed for ages 6-12 Smoking Totally Not Cool is an affordable- totally cool, DVD program. Adaptable for school-based education, youth organizations, and the public health sector, the program is complete with testing materials, written response questions, activity handouts and more.
Created by two registered respiratory therapists, Maryann and Penny teach children how and why to say "No Thanks!" to smoking. It is the vision of RRT Educators at School to help young people understand the health risk related to smoking. We believe early education will encourage more children to choose a healthy smoke-free lifestyle.
Our products include a 28 minute interactive DVD titled Smoking Totally Not Cool for children ages 8-12.
Smoke-Free Day (based off the DVD program) is a colorful English book prompting the reader to interact with several topic related questions. With assisted reading this book is ideal for ages 6-8. We offer a Spanish version of Smoke-Free Day which is identical in content. Our website offers supporting resources and free downloads.
