SMP Architecture is an architecture and planning firm located in downtown Pensacola, Florida. Founded in 1989 SMP provides professional services in architecture, planning, urban design, and construction. Our expertise lies in a variety of project types, including restaurant, hospitality, retail, commercial office, mixed-use, land planning, single family and multi-family residential. In addition to new construction, SMP has worked with clients on renovations, additions and rehab/re-use of historic structures. Located throughout the United States, SMP has over 80 hospitality projects in its portfolio that vary in value from $2.5 million to $45 million. We have completed more than 20 multi-family residential/condominium facility designs valued up to $140 million. We also have 28 restaurants completed along the Gulf Coast. Over the past three decades SMP Architecture has been committed to the success of the Gulf Coast, making contributions as architects, developers, philanthropists, and even citizen elected representatives!
