The Bexar County Small Business and Entrepreneurship Department SMWBE / DBE Program supports small, minority, woman, and veteran-owned businesses and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises with advice, direction, connections, training, and events. We focus on providing assistance to new and established companies with capacity-building programs, training, and advice on doing business with the county.
