SNECUPA-HR supports the purpose of CUPA-HR, which is to provide global leadership to the higher education human resource profession and the higher education community by offering essential knowledge, resources and professional contacts that enhance individual and institutional capacity and competitiveness. The SNECUPA-HR Chapter brings together HR professionals in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island in higher education to exchange best practices, connect with others in our field, and provide meaningful educational opportunities on topics important and relevant to our field.
