Le SNEPL appartient à la CFTC qui, depuis sa création en 1919, développe un syndicalisme favorisant la NÉGOCIATION puis la médiation comme moyens d’actions privilégiés avant le préavis de grève. Le SNEPL-CFTC a été fondé en 1981 pour répondre aux besoins et aux demandes spécifiques des salariés des organismes de formation, de l’enseignement privé laïque, des CFA, des maisons d’étudiants et de l’enseignement à distance.
