Snö means snow in Swedish, and it is symbolic of our inspiration from the Nordic winter. A modern take on various rustic and traditional dishes from the Scandinavian region, we serve a fusion of Swedish classics with local New Zealand flavours. At Snö, we commit to bringing fresh and delicious food to our customers. Many of our items are made in-house — including sandwiches, daily baked goods, Swedish rye bread, cruesli, gravlax (Swedish cured salmon), and more. We also work with many local suppliers to bring the best seasonal ingredients to the table. Our Isterband sausage (a collaboration with Grey Lynn Butchers in Auckland) won the Gold Medal Supreme Winner award at the Great New Zealand Sausage Competition 2020.
