Snowcone is brain child of Entrepreneur Chef Kiishv Mittal. He had begun his journey of learning from City & Guilds, London; Felchlin, Switzerland; SEP, Mumbai. Being his passion & love to play with ingredients he has done intensive research on Global street food Vs. Indian Street Food.
