SOAL India, a revolutionary ed-tech startup that works at the intersection of education & employment, is improving the quality and access of education as well as solving the scarcity of quality talent in disruptive, new-age and forward-thinking companies. It is University 2.0: learner-first, industry-driven, decentralised, tech-enabled & hybrid. Our two maiden foundational programs: Product Engineering and Product Design are hosted on Delta, a “learning tech” platform designed to nurture lifelong, “life wide" and "self" learning. We are poised to offer two more foundational courses, and a platter of specializations to follow each of the foundational programs. We've made access to this “University as a Service” through two key financing options: a monthly subscription and the Income Share Agreement. Launched in 2018 and headquartered in Mumbai, SOAL is the brainchild of Mumbai-based trio Pratik Agarwal, Raj Desai & Varsha Bhambhani-Kanwal. Their motive is to solve the double-pronged skill gap caused by a financially exclusive, outdated education-employment system that builds and judges individuals based on their credentials rather than their skills. The maiden courses are personalised for depending on what stage of education the student is at: in school, college, just graduated freshers, job seekers, or professionals. In a nutshell, SOAL strives to empower the countless ambitious and high-potential tech enthusiasts from India’s “Next Half Billion” by accelerating their careers through cutting-edge program offerings.
