Sober October USA

Sober October is a fundraiser that challenges you to go alcohol-free in October and raise funds to support the mental health of people in recovery. Having a month off alcohol also has great health benefits, such as sleeping better, having more energy and of course, no hangovers! So you're not only helping others, you're helping yourself. It's a win-win! Funds raised for Sober October will assist SMART Recovery, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, to continue facilitating change for people who want to find life beyond addiction. During the month, participants are encouraged to share their stories and perspectives, to support the mental health of people in recovery to live a more fulfilling and balanced life. Together, we can improve recovery outcomes.
