I am the UK’s first addiction rehabilitation service provider, with a treatment program designed specifically for British Asians. By understanding Asian culture and its family dynamics I can more effectively communicate with and understand my clients. I am able to connect with my clients to discover and address the underlying reasons behind their addiction or mental health problems. Providing psychotherapy & counselling for addiction and mental health problems. I Specialise in the treatment of process (eating disorders, sex, gambling, co-dependency etc.), alcohol/substance abuse addictions and childhood trauma. I Utilise a wide range of different therapies to provide an integrative bespoke approach for each individual. I Work with clients to understand the underlying root causes driving their addictive and dysfunctional relationship disorders. I Work with individuals, couples and facilitate group psychotherapy and psycho-educational workshops.
