Created in Lausanne, Switzerland and located in Mauritius since 2012, SOBOCO is a specialist in mind agility and relationship towards self, clients, employees, bosses and boards. We are active in soft skills training, advice, audit and coaching. Based on findings in positive and energy psychology, as well as recent concepts related to social intelligence, adult education and neuroscience, we have developed a 5 step approach that facilitates sustainable cultural and behavioral change.
