This Martial Arts club was created by Nicolas LEFEBVRE to promote the Takeda Ryu Nakamura Ha (the Nakamura style of the Takeda school) in Basingstoke.
We are a member of the Nihon Sobudo Rengokai (Japanese association).
We follow the teaching method created by Soke Hisashi Nakamura (the head of our school).
We practice the Takeda Ryu Nakamura Ha (the Nakamura style of the Takeda school).
It is the Japanese Martial Arts of the Samurai.
Takeda Budo (Martial Arts) is a Sobudo (comprehensive Martial Arts).
It is composed of different disciplines, the main disciplines are:
Aikido (the art of gathering and combining forces)
Jukenpo (soft fist system)
Iaido (the way of the sword)
Jodo (the way of the stick)
Kendo (swordsmanship)
