Ellie is not just a performance consultant; she is a trailblazer, dedicating her career to elevating sports science and performance support across the women’s soccer landscape. With a profound understanding of the unique challenges of women’s soccer players, Ellie has become a beacon of inspiration in the realm of women’s soccer. Ellie brings insight and knowledge from nearly two decades of work across a variety of women’s soccer environments. Her most recent employment was with the U.S. Soccer Federation, where she served as Head of Sport Science for the Youth National Teams before transitioning into the role of Head of Performance for the U.S. Women’s National Team. Before U.S. Soccer, Ellie held various positions at Birmingham City Women’s Football Club, The Football Association, and Nike. Ellie’s passion lies in developing female-specific health, wellness, and performance initiatives. Through consulting, she aims to provide performance services to players, coaches, practitioners, teams, and organizations and drive research and innovation throughout the women’s game.
