Established in 1996 by Jim Moores, and trading originally as CHL Systems Ltd, we now trade as Social Care Network. We are proud to recently provide, free of charge, to all organisations involved in social care, our CHARMS™ Portal. This facility allows for completely secure transfer of data between organisations and provides the facility to see live carer availability in the UK.
