Social Minds is a Research Project whose aim is to explore and assess the usage and effectiveness of social media from italian companies. We'll focus on specific vertical industries, like Banking, Utilities, Fashion and so on. The adopted methodology for the Research includes:
1. Desk Analysis
2. Field Study: online focus group and online survey
3. In depth interviews with experts, opinion leaders and key Industry Players
4. Social media listening Analysis
5. Social media analytics analysis
The goal is to provide not only data and information but also to identify best practices and success stories. The first Report will be available since July 2013 on www.socialminds.it and will focus on Banking Industry. The fourth report will be published November 10th during the Italian Social Banking Forum in Milan.
