SRDI has been established since 2000 and incorporated in June 2003. We provide quality professional training services in Hong Kong and the Mainland China with the vision of supplementing the greater area with essential and suitable human resources for its dynamic development. We are backed by passionate and creative professionals permeating our executive and managerial level as well as our trainer task force, who are all experienced in adult education and corporate management. We have set sail squarely in past years diversifying our training and grown in scale. Since February 2003, we have been participating actively in various Government adult-training schemes, such as “Project Yi Jin”, “Skill Upgrading Scheme” and “Skill-Enrichment Programme”. Series of diploma programmes have been developed and registered under the Continuous Education Fund (CEF) of the Education Bureau. In the field of industrial safety, we are approved by the Labour Department to conduct full range of mandatory safety certificates and professional safety trainings. Our conscious participation in governmental projects shows our dedication in training talents catered to social needs and also gives assurance to the quality of our programmes. With support from our strategic partners, we have been successfully organizing a variety of programmes from certificate to professional diploma level in 8 major categories: “Engineering”, “Integrated System Management”, “Business and Disputes Management”, “Innovative Industry”, “Leisure Services Management”, “Disciplinary & Security Management”, “Continuous Professional Development” and “Public Services”. Since early 2004, series of university degrees and worldwide professional chartered/ accredited programmes have been launched. Besides offering award-bearing programmes to individual participants, we also specialize in providing tailor-made trainings and professional consultancy services to firms and corporations.
