Hi I'm Le'Siran - founder of Social Work Coaching Hub (SWCH). I am a bold advocate for self care, leadership and the power of self-belief. I have 25yrs experience working with children and families which includes over 10yrs in children’s social work. I stepped back from frontline practice to create SWCH, creating a safe place for social workers to pour into themselves in the same way they look after others. I help social workers achieve their personal and professionals goals through 1-2-1 leadership coaching, online resource hub and events. I host of the well-received podcast, "Dear Social Worker, Let’s Talk," which has achieved a remarkable milestone by ranking the number 2 social work podcast in the UK. SWCH began with notes on a notepad! So I truly believe through self-reflection, self-belief and self-leadership what you want for your life and career is possible.
