SocioEdu教育研究社成立於2022年。創辦團隊及顧問都在學校或教育局工作多年，了解過去傳統的學習制度未必能回應多變社會，讓學生未來實現自我。
在傳統學習系統，知識內容受制於課程、機構受限於學校、能動者指定為教師、學生為本學習受限於主流大眾，而教育研究到革新更受多種因素影響，如政府合法性、管治效率等。
因此 SocioEdu嘗試整合離散於全球教育資源，在實證研究基礎上，連結制度內外的教育系統，從而在教育系統內解放強大知識（Powerful Knowledge），真正惠及學生。
