SoFetch represents an all-in-one platform, connecting customers, technicians, and space providers. Our primary objective is to develop SoFetch as the most convenient and cost-effective way of hosting, providing, and receiving beauty services to thousands of people. Our primary ethos is to help technicians earn more money - directly from their patrons - for their services. We focus on creating tools for technicians to use to not only grow their brand, but also be able to *independently* monetize it. We put providers in charge of their own careers. We provide features for technicians to use in order to grow and retain their loyal customer bases such as releasing packages, promo codes, discounts, and other reward programs on a technician-to-customer basis. Our innovation lies in the ability to think differently about the physical space from which technicians work out of, while also creating a platform for them to use a personal CRM system. For consumers, we create a single, unified, and easy-to-use customer journey. This ultimately results in the maximization of the aligned value we create for all involved parties in the beauty care economy.
