SoulCycle marketer turned entrepreneur, Sofia Adler is a trained astrologer, has a MA in Psychology and Education from Columbia University (with a mind-body connection and coaching emphasis), and is a certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher. She is known for her unique blend of astrology, psychology, and mindfulness that helps ambitious, high achieving, and spiritually curious individuals trust their innate talents, desires, and life path so they can stop worrying, start living, and get excited about what's to come. Inspired by her mission to demystify and normalize astrology, Sofia's clients report feeling clear and confident in their choices, path, and timeline after just one session. In addition to private 1:1 sessions, Sofia also has vast experience supporting companies with employee growth, employee wellness, team building, and more.
