Sofia Foods makes a line of gourmet olive tapenades that would provide a new taste and healthy choice and are made with great quality in our facility in Detroit, MI. Currently, we make 4 kinds of tapenades that are very low in salt and free of preservatives and they have a 12-month shelf life. They are handcrafted in small batches and hand packed in shelf-stable glass jars for sales in retail outlets and specialty food stores across Michigan. They can be used with a variety of dishes and for many diets since they are gluten-free and be used in all vegetarian recipes
