Sofie De Backer Interior architects

Sofie De Backer (26 June 1973) graduated in 1996 as an interior architect at the KHMechelen. After several years of experience in a construction company, she founded her own office in 1999 with a young and creative team of interior architects, which creates beautiful and livable interiors that are functional and practical (necessary as the mother of 3 tough sons Axel, Raf and Jack ). From 2005 to 2012 she lived and worked in Milan on both Belgian and Italian projects. That is why love for Italy is never far away in the nearly 500 projects that the office has realized. You can see that just by the amount of Italian brands that are included in the collection of Decospot, the interior design store & web shop that Sofie founded in 2013.
