Back in 2021, Muhammad Imran Akhtar decided to form “Software Engineers Club Global” to gather all the engineers and techies under one Umbrella. This step was taken keeping in view that Pakistan has immense talent with a large number of young population, which indeed is not playing its part in the economy due to multiple factors, rather we are way behind other economies which are progressing with a less number of population. The OBJECTIVE of the club is to gather the tech talent under one umbrella and focus to work on the below agendas and goals:
1. Facilitate cooperation among individuals where they could form new companies and work on bilateral business through counselling and exploration of options,
2. To secure foreign remote jobs, create employment opportunities in Pakistan resulting in max inflow of remittances,
3. Learning and development through onsite and online events and Summits,
4. To enhance learning the ART of increasing Pakistan’ share in the Global IT market by promoting product based companies which will in return boost economy.
5. Coaching and counselling of young minds who have not been through thick and thin of career and seek guidance to excel.
6. Networking of like-minded techies to explore joint ventures.
Just like other international events, Imran envision Pakistanis hosting large IT event across the border to contribute to the IT industry. Since 2021, we have been able to gather 1000+ IT workforce of the club and growing each day.
