Software Shipping Co. creates powerful, thoughtfully designed apps that help Zendesk teams work smarter. We've been working with Zendesk since 2022. In that time, we've developed a deep understanding of its inner workings. Our journey started by building tools for our own team: practical solutions to real challenges we faced inside Zendesk every day. We were the first users of our own apps, which allowed us to ensure they were practical, simple to use, and delivered the value we were hoping for. For those that met our high expectations, we have already or still plan to share them with the marketplace so others can benefit also. Software Shipping Co. apps aim to provide value in a way that is tightly aligned with Zendesk and doesn't take much, if any, setup (beyond installation). Our first and currently ownly public app is called AI Task Management. Our team wanted to know what tasks were outstanding and who was responsible, but every task tool we tried ended up taking too much time in double entry. AI Task Management leverages AI to capture action items mentioned in ticket comments so agents don't have to create tasks themselves. There's also a task view interface for easy organization and visibility of tasks. We’re excited to keep bringing you apps that extend what’s possible — built by people who get Zendesk.
