SoftWire Systems specialises in automating test and assembly equipment, providing customised solutions that integrates electrical, mechanical, electronics and a software components. We primarily work with manufacturers to automate processes to improve yield and throughput, with a strong emphasis on data collection.
Our systems integrators primarily use the National Instruments suite of products (LabVIEW, TestStand, PXI, Compact RIO, Ettus SDR), and we have been recognised as NI Silver Alliance Partners for our expertise with these tools. We complement this with a skilled team of mechatronics engineers with robotics, control systems and embedded development experience, to deliver quality solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
SoftWire Systems is also able to offer integration with BEMES, our cloud-based platform for capturing data from the shop floor. BEMES bridges the gap between production line and business applications, providing a complete and detailed picture of all manufacturing operations. Our clients benefit significantly through having a single point of contact for integration of equipment and data infrastructure.
