Promotion SOGIMMO acts as promoter: complete realisation of operations, from the search for land, to sale in EPP and delivery. These operations are carried out either by SOGIMMO alone, or through group companies. SOGIMMO also acts as Delegated Contracting Authority. Its role is to provide, on behalf of investors, a complete mission from the search for operations until their completion.
