An investment advisory firm and VC fund manager in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Australia. The concept for this financial services firm was formed by surgeons and medical experts, who identified systemic issues in global healthcare that negatively impact (both directly and indirectly) every human life. These issues need to be resolved by those working on the inside. Investment in healthcare needs to be driven by surgeons and doctors, not just by investment bankers and fund managers. To this end, we have formed a team of expert advisors from diverse scientific and medical disciplines, both practical and academic backgrounds that touch on all levels of global healthcare. They are leaders in their field and subject matter experts that will be able to understand the challenges and concepts, and then inform where investment dollars should be allocated to solve the major challenges of healthcare. We want to make the lives of people impacted by health issues better on mass. The ultimate goal of SoHi Partners is to have a unique edge to our portfolio of investments through our expert knowledge. If we execute correctly, we believe this aspect of our investment process will generate repeatable excess returns for our investors.
