We are highly skilled managing the cycle from business opportunity initiation, development, through to maturation and execution of major capital projects in the energy sector, fossil and renewable. This includes decision-based planning, contracting and procurement and risk management. We also conduct investment appraisal for mergers and acquisitions, and joint-ventures.
