Sol+Sage is a Brisbane based building design and drafting studio. We believe that buildings should be designed to create spaces that are beautifully habitable, functional, long-lasting, comfortable and inspiring for people to not only occupy, but enjoy! At Sol+Sage we believe that buildings should be designed intelligently for our unique climate in Australia. In all jobs we are mindful of the climate and particularly the sun's direction in relation to the site; hence the name 'Sol' - Latin for sun, and 'Sage' - wisdom. At Sol+Sage we aspire to take advantage of the sun and mindfully select materials, fittings and fixtures that will produce a space that is comfortable all year round to inhabit and a building that is functional and enjoyable to be in.
